Stanley Engineered Fastening - Spiralock Datasheets for Nuts

Nuts are a type of hardware fastener with a tapped inner diameter. They are used with a mating threaded bolt or rod to secure components. There are many sizes and varieties of nuts; each with a particular fastening purpose. Some nuts can be applied without tools, and others may have special designs to prevent the nut from loosening.

Product Name Notes
Self-clinching blind fasteners provide a barrier in order to protect threads against foreign matter and circuits from intrusion of extra long screws.
Self-clinching floating fasteners provide load-bearing threads in thin sheets and permit up to 0.030in (0.8mm) adjustment for mating hole misalignment.
Self-clinching miniature fasteners provide immediate visual indication when proper installation has been accomplished. A strong, knurled collar, which is completely embedded in the panel, guarantees against rotation of the fastener...
Standard Spiralock nuts are SAE Grade 8 equivalent, and designed to mate with standard 2A and 3A class of fit bolts. Spiralock nuts dimensionally conform to IFI standards. Our standard...
There are a variety of fasteners to satisfy component-to-board, board-to-board and board-to-chassis production fastening needs. These fasteners are designed for use with all types of printed circuit boards, as well...
These fasteners are designed for permanent installation into stainless steel sheets as thin as 0.030 inches (0.8 mm). Machined from a specialty stainless steel, these fasteners are heat-treated to create...
These fasteners are designed to be completely flush in sheets or panels as thin as 0.060 in (1.5 mm) and are ideal for applications that require load-bearing but still must...
These load-bearing threaded fasteners for thin sheets (Aluminum, Steel and other ductile materials) have a clinching ring that locks the displaced metal behind the tapered shank ensuring high pushout resistance.
These load-bearing threaded fasteners for thin sheets (Aluminum, Steel, and other ductile materials) have a clinching ring that locks the displaced metal behind the tapered shank ensuring high pushout resistance.
These Stainless Steel standoffs assure permanent mounting in metal sheets as thin as 0.062 in (1.6 mm). The fastener head is locked securely in a blind milled hole and is...
These standoffs are flare-mounted for applications requiring greater pullout performance. They satisfy component-to-board, board-to-board and board-to-chassis production fastening needs and can be used with all types of printed circuit boards,...
These standoffs install with a squeeze in punched or drilled round holes, and become permanently mounted in the thin sheet or metal – with their heads flush with one surface...
These standoffs satisfy component-to-board, board-to-board and board-to-chassis production-fastening needs. They are designed for stacking or spacing and can be used with all types of printed circuit boards, as well as...
These weld nuts provide load bearing threads in sheets too thin to tap, provide lower equipment and labor costs, and are designed for faster assembly. They overcome many problems associated...
