Rolex Spring, A Division of MW Industries Datasheets for Spring Washers
Spring washers, sometimes called disc springs, lend their mechanical capabilities to the unique profile of the material: the irregularities of the washer compress with a proportionate resistance to return to their predeflected shape. Spring washers are employed in applications where assemblies need a part to take up play, maintain assembly tension, compensate for expansion or contraction in materials, or to absorb intermittent shock loads and provide a controlled reaction under dynamic loads.

AI Series springs are designed to maintain load tension in light bolted assemblies, where a constant load is required. Although this series is primarily designed for bolted applications, they may...
AM Series are precision springs geared to the metric community and manufactured utilizing DIN 2092 and DIN 2093 as guidelines. AM Series springs are designed to meet high performance requirements...
Contact Belleville springs combine two important features for improved bolt connections. Their conical shape provides a reactive force and a high elasticity of spring return to compensate for developed looseness,...
FL (inch) and MFL (metric) series flange springs are primarily designed for pipe flange applications. They are intended to deflect and move with the bolted joint in the event of...

Includes passivation and dye penetrant inspection
NDS Series flange springs are used to fill the application needs similar to those described for the FL and MFL series springs. However, they are primarily designed to handle applications...
SP Series are specifically designed for heavy bolted applications. They are used wherever there is a need to overcome the effects of thermal expansion and contraction. The SP Series are...
These washers are made of 17/7 precipitation hardened (PH) stainless steel, heat treated to Rockwell C40-48 hardness. They provide the strength of heat-treated steel and the corrosion resistance of a... |
