NDS Series flange springs are used to fill the application needs similar to those described for the FL and MFL series springs. However, they are primarily designed to handle applications demanding much higher load and / or temperature. NDS parts are normally made from H11/H13 steel and can produce flat loads up to 310,000 pounds and, under most conditions, can withstand temperatures up of 1100 F.
