The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 110 MHz with accuracy to six decimal places, designed for high-reliability applications in extreme environments. It operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive grade 1, 2, and 3 conditions. The device supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consuming 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA at 2.25 V to 3.63 V with a 20 MHz output. It features a low acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g, frequency stability of ±20 ppm, and standby current as low as 0.6 μA at 1.8 V. The oscillator is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
