The SiT5156 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to +105°C operating temperature, housed in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package. It features DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for superior dynamic stability under thermal shock, vibration, and electromagnetic interference, and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. This variant is a VCTCXO with LVCMOS output, 3.3 V supply voltage, and a pull range up to ±150 ppm, controlled by an analog voltage input. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and suitable for precision GNSS, telecom, and networking applications.
