The SiT1534 is an ultra-small, ultra-low power programmable oscillator for applications requiring a 1 Hz to 32.768 kHz reference clock, such as mobile phones, fitness watches, and real-time clock systems. It is available in a chip-scale package (CSP) measuring 1.5 x 0.8 mm and is pin-compatible with 2.0 x 1.2 mm SMD crystal packages. The device operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V over a temperature range of -55°C to +85°C, with a typical supply current below 1 µA under no load. It features an internal oscillator output eliminating external load capacitors, nanoDrive™ programmable output swing for power optimization, and meets RoHS and REACH standards. Frequency tolerance is ±20 ppm at 25°C and ±150 ppm across the full industrial temperature range. The part is PFAS-free with the 'P' ordering code option.
