The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO engineered for low-jitter applications, featuring ±0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm. The device supports LVDS signaling, a 3.3 V supply voltage, and a pull range of ±100 ppm with an output enable function. It integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resilience against airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
