The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, delivering 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It supports industry-standard packages in 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm sizes, and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C with frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and uses DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology for resistance to environmental disturbances. Output signaling is LVDS, and the supply voltage is 3.3 V ±10%. The pull range is ±100 ppm, and the Output Enable function is available via the E pin. The part features a center pad on the 5.0 x 3.2 mm package.
