The SANTEST GYSE-R is a high-performance linear displacement and level measurement probe with a detachable probe element, designed for precise position sensing in industrial environments. It features a stainless steel probe rod with an M24xP1 thread, operates within a temperature range of -20℃ to +75℃, and offers a maximum pressure rating of 35 MPa. The probe provides 16-bit analogue resolution when used with the GYHC controller and minimum 1 μm digital resolution with the GYDC-05 controller, supported by RS-422 differential signaling for noise immunity. It includes an auto-calibration function to compensate for probe replacement variations, has IP67 environmental protection, and is rated for 15 G vibration (20-100 Hz) and 100 G shock (2 ms). The housing and connection options include straight, L-shaped, or pigtail cable configurations with shielded cabling requiring FG grounding.
Between probe and controller, RS-422 differential line driver transmission, providing robustness against electrical noise, is used. In combination with a digital output controller, Min.1μm resolution is possible. The inside probe element can be detached from the outer housing. And by auto calibration function, a difference in the output when you change the probe is adjusted automatically.
