The SANTEST GYcAT is an all-in-one linear displacement and level measurement probe that outputs an analog voltage or current signal proportional to magnet position when supplied with 24V DC. It features an alarm output and built-in noise cancellation. The probe has an IP67 rating, operates from -20°C to +80°C, and withstands up to 35MPa pressure on the rod. Standard output options include 0-10V, 10-0V, 4-20mA, or 20-4mA, with a maximum sampling frequency of 1kHz for rod lengths up to 1250mm, extendable to 8kHz for shorter rods. It accepts M24xP1.0 threaded rods or other standard threads, with an effective stroke range of 15-3500mm. The housing is aluminum diecast with an SS304 probe rod, and the connector is pigtail or submersible-type with optional high-temperature or robot-grade cables.
Thanks to the Surface Mount Technology, the entire signal processing electronics of SANTEST's GYcAT series is integrated into a transducer head. You can get a voltage or current analog signal proportional to a magnet position only by applying a 24V dc power supply directly to the transducer.
