The GYKMR is a high-accuracy linear displacement probe designed for precision position measurement with external controllers, featuring auto-calibration to adjust output differences when replacing the probe. It has a total stroke range of 15 mm to 2500 mm depending on configuration, with non-linearity of ±0.025% FS TYP and repeatability of ±0.01% FS. The probe operates from 0°C to +65°C and has an IP53, IP64, or IP65 rating based on magnet type. It uses an aluminum main body and offers both analog and digital output via associated controllers GYHC, GYDC-05, or other compatible units. Mounting brackets are included, with quantity varying by stroke length. Cable connections support RS422 differential signaling for start/stop interface, with max 10 m cable length. Resolution is 16-bit with GYHC and minimum 1 μm with GYDC-05. Vibration resistance is 3G at 40 Hz with 2 mm peak-to-peak, and shock resistance is 10G for 2 msec.
GYKMR is replacement model of GYKM-RS which head part became slim. And it was added auto calibration function. By the function, a difference in the output when you change the probe is adjusted automatically.
