It features a high-performance airflow system that maintains a minimum intake velocity of 100 FPM and incorporates a momentum air curtain for enhanced personnel and product protection. The cabinet operates with a reduced exhaust airflow, which minimizes noise and energy consumption, achieving a 70% reduction in electrical power compared to traditional B2 cabinets.
The cabinet includes the ExchangeSAFE™ Sealed Access Filter Exchange System, allowing for safe and efficient filter changes with minimal exposure to contaminants. It is equipped with a variable frequency drive (VFD) motor/blower system that adjusts airflow based on filter loading, ensuring consistent performance. The BCG601 model has an exhaust requirement of 993 CFM at 1.5" W.G. and operates at a sound level of no more than 50 dBa.
