The SPIROL Model HA Automatic Heat Insert Driver is a pneumatic machine designed to install heat inserts into thermoplastic assemblies by automatically feeding, heating, and inserting inserts with precise control of time, temperature, and pressure. It features a micrometer-style depth adjustment for accurate positioning, a guarded heating chamber, and dual opto-touch sensors for safe operation. The machine installs inserts with metric threads from M2 to M8 and unified threads from No. 2 to 3/8 inch. It supports automatic insertion with vibratory feed, eliminates operator contact with the insert, and operates silently compared to ultrasonic methods. Optional alignment fixtures and part indexing are available. The machine reduces installation time to under 10 seconds and eliminates scrap associated with manual methods.
