• The ISL500KE is a highly integrated CMOS photo IC, widely used in diffuse reflection, cross beam curtain, through beam curtain, and similar applications • The chip integrates the following features: PD photodiode receiver, LED emitter driver, Switched-capacitor signal amplifier, Dual outputs (SWO NC / SWO NO), Dual self-recovery short-circuit protection, Mode switching (Light ON / Dark ON), Alarm output (ALO), Power-on delay, Time debounce, External input, Cascade synchronization • The sensor gain is adjusted by an external resistor connected to the SCTRL pin • The ISL500KE can use an external clock to adjust emission frequency and duty cycle; frequency programming or inter-sensor synchronization allows multiple sensors to work side by side • Emission drive: 5µs/50µs pulse, 20µs/200µs pulse, or clock-controlled external pulse • The external circuit is simple, enabling the design of high-performance, compact intelligent sensors • The ISL500KE is manufactured using an AEC-Q100 certified foundry process, ensuring long-term stability and high reliability Size: 5*5mm For more details, please contact us: sales@chinasensors.c om.cn
