1. Product overview • The lSL700DE is a highly-integrated CMOs photoelectric sensor lC designed forhigh-speed, programmable diffuse-reflective sensing. lt integrates an LED/laser emitter driver, a transimpedance/analo g chain with sample-and-hold (S/H), and configuration registers with CRC guard. • lSL700DE outputs an analog voltage at SH_OUT that represents the averaged reflective signal (two emission periods by default)enabling microcontrollers with ADC to implement dynamic range adjustment, anti-interference algorithm, thresholds setting, teach-in etc advanced function in compact sensors. • Fabricated in an AEC-Q100-qualified foundry, ISL700DE delivers long term stability and reliability • An external clock can be used to adjust the emitter frequency, pulse width, and duty cycle; multiple sensors can operate side-by-side via frequency programming or sensor to sensor synchronization. Programmable parameters include LED drive voltage, multi-stage gain, internal clock selection, and mode settings. Short-circuit protection,start-up delay, and error reporting(STS) are integrated. 2.
