The SANTEST GYSE-Q is an all-in-one linear displacement probe with quasi-incremental A/B pulse output, offering resolutions from 0.1mm to 0.001mm and a fixed sampling frequency of 250kHz or 500kHz depending on resolution. It features a detachable probe element with M24xP1 thread, IP67 protection, and operates on +24VDC with a current draw of 70mA. The probe supports effective strokes from 15mm to 7500mm, with head and tip dead zones varying by stroke length and magnet selection. It functions from -20°C to +75°C, withstands 15G vibration and 100G shock, and includes an open-drain alarm output for lost magnet detection. Position adjustment is possible via GPM software. Cable options include straight, L-shaped connectors, or pigtail, with lengths up to 10m.
SANTEST's GYSE-probe is an all-in-one type sensor with positional resolution up to 1μm. Position output is Analog, SSI, or Incremental. Velocity output (option) is available for Analog type. The positional difference between 2 magnets can be observable as well. This allows quick and easy sensor cartridge replacement. Sensor parameters (zero, full-scale or range) can be adjusted by using the Windows programming software (ISO9141).
