The GYFRS is a robust linear displacement probe designed for high-vibration and high-shock environments, featuring a flanged head for improved installation and a stainless steel probe rod rated for up to 35 MPa. It supports RS-422 differential signaling for noise immunity, with analog or digital output depending on the paired controller, achieving 16-bit resolution and minimum 1 μm digital resolution when used with GYDC-05. The probe has non-linearity of ±0.025% FS typical, repeatability of ±0.001% FS, and temperature drift of ±20 ppm FS/°C, with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and IP67 (optionally IP68) protection. Available in strokes from 15 mm to 3500 mm, it uses SS304 materials and accommodates select magnet or float types with defined dead zones.
SANTEST's GYFRS is a probe that improves the vibration-proof and the impact-proof performance. Vibration-proof 10G and impact-proof 200G (2msec) have been achieved. The output signal is compatible with the GYcRS probe, and it is available by combining with GYDC-05 in the digital output and with GYHC, GYFC2 in the analog output for the controller. Moreover, it is possible to combine with digital output (GKS-01) with indicator. The flat head permits a miniaturized application and the flange makes the installation easier, compared with a conventional screw type.
