The GYMR6 is a high-accuracy flat-head linear displacement probe with a 48.5 mm head thickness, featuring a detachable element and RS-422 differential output for noise immunity. When paired with a digital controller, it achieves 1 µm resolution. Auto-calibration adjusts output differences upon probe replacement. It has an IP67 rating, operates from -20℃ to +80℃, and withstands 15G vibration and 100G shock. Non-linearity is ≤ ±0.025% FS typical, with temperature drift ≤ ±20 ppm FS/℃. Maximum probe rod pressure is 35 MPa. Standard head dead zone is 50 mm. Tip dead zones are 70 mm, 90 mm, or 100 mm. Housing options include M24xP1.0, M18xP1.5, or 3/4-16UNF-3A threads with Ø8 or Ø10 mm rods.
GYMR6 probe is the flat head type, high accuracy probe which put the thickness of the head part of a GYSE probe in 48.5mm by the latest circuit design. Between probe and controller, RS-422 differential line driver transmission, providing robustness against electrical noise, is used. In combination with a digital output controller, Min.1μm resolution is possible. The inside probe element can be detached from the outer housing. And by auto calibration function, difference in the output when you exchange the probe is adjusted automatically.
