The Metallux ME500 series comprises flush diaphragm, piezoresistive ceramic pressure sensors for absolute, gauge, or sealed gauge pressure measurement. The sensors feature a ceramic Al₂O₃ 96% diaphragm with a total thickness ranging from 6.15 mm to 8.05 mm depending on the pressure range. They operate with a supply voltage of 2 to 30 VDC, exhibit a current consumption of ≤1.3 mA at 10 VDC, and are rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +135°C. The sensing element is thermally compensated, with accuracy specified as 0.2% to 0.9% FS typical/max depending on range. Impedance is 11 kΩ ±30%, and the sensors comply with REACH, RoHS, and Conflict Minerals Free standards.
