The Flame Retardant Loom LFB-500-1100 is a flexible convoluted tubing manufactured from flame retardant polypropylene resin, rated as V2 according to UL-94 standards. It features good flexibility, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for various applications. The product can operate continuously at temperatures ranging from -40°F (-40°C) to 257°F (125°C) and has a short-term operating temperature rating of up to 275°F (135°C) for a maximum of 168 hours.
The loom is designed to protect against abrasion and pinching, and its split design allows for easy installation over assemblies. It is black with a blue stripe and complies with the European Union's RoHS and REACH directives. The product is self-extinguishing with a maximum burn rate of 101.2 mm/min at 1.0 mm thickness, ensuring safety in environments where flame resistance is critical.
