The Z50UFG is an axial-lead, hermetic glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for a maximum working reverse voltage of 5000 V, with a forward current rating of 1000 mA and a repetitive reverse surge current of 10.5 A. It has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns and a junction capacitance of 16.0 pF at 25°C. The device operates over a temperature range of -65°C to +175°C and features thernal impedances of 3 °C/W (TL=55°C), 6 °C/W (TL=100°C), and 12 °C/W (L=0.375″). The maximum overall length is 0.330 inches (8.38 mm).
