The 1N6519 is an axial-lead, hermetic, glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 10,000 volts reverse working voltage and 0.50 amperes average rectified current. It has a reverse recovery time of 70 nanoseconds and a typical junction capacitance of 8.0 picofarads at 25°C. The diode withstands a peak forward surge current of 25 amperes and has a thermal impedance of 3 °C/W at 55°C, 6 °C/W at 100°C, and 12 °C/W for lead lengths greater than 0.375 inches. Physical dimensions include a maximum body length of 0.400 inches and a minimum body length of 0.340 inches. It is qualified to JANTX and JANTXV standards and operates from -65°C to +175°C.
