The 1N6837LL is a hermetic, high-voltage diode designed for high reverse voltage applications with a working reverse voltage of 5000 V and an average forward rectified current of 0.75 A. It features formed leads and has a maximum junction temperature of 175 °C. The diode exhibits a reverse recovery time of 30 ns and a typical junction capacitance of 16 pF at 50 VDC. Its thermal resistance is 5.0 °C/W, and it maintains a forward voltage drop of 20 V at 0.50 A and 25 °C. Physical dimensions are 0.390 in. (9.91 mm) in length and 0.260 in. (6.60 mm) in maximum body diameter.
