The Z25UFG is an axial-lead glass-bodied high voltage diode rated for 2500 V maximum reverse working voltage and 1500 mA average forward rectified current. It has a reverse recovery time of 100 ns, a maximum forward voltage drop of 1.0 V at 1.0 A, and a peak surge current capability of 25 A. The device features a reverse leakage current of 1.0 µA at 25°C and 20.0 pF junction capacitance at 50 VDC. Thermal resistance is 3 °C/W for a 0.375 inch lead length at 55°C ambient temperature and 6 °C/W at 100°C ambient temperature. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to +175°C. Physical length is 0.290 inches maximum, with axial leads for through-hole mounting.
