The 1N6838LL is a hermetic, formed-lead high voltage diode rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 2000 V and an average forward current of 2.00 A. It has a maximum forward voltage of 4.5 V at 2.00 A and a reverse recovery time of 50 ns. The diode operates with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C and a storage temperature range of -65°C to +200°C. Its thermal resistance is 5.0 °C/W, and the junction capacitance is 20 pF at 50 VDC. The package dimensions are 0.350 in. (8.89 mm) long and 0.220 in. (5.59 mm) in wire diameter.
