The TLS-X Series features higher power ratings, custom components, sleek new look with a 3-D metal grille, metal corners for protection, metal handles for portability and a lightweight design for fast & easy load in/load out. The TLS 5X two-way system features a Peavey Sheffield® Pro 1500+ premium 15 inch woofer with a 2.5 inch voice coil and a 14XT 1.4 inch titanium diaphragm compression driver coupled to a constant directivity horn with Sound Guard IV high frequency driver protection. It is rated at 500 watts program and 1,000 watts peak. This lightweight speaker system is ideal for smaller venues where space is at a premium. Connections are made via two 1/4 phone jacks in parallel for daisy-chaining. For super low-end, couple this with a TLS 115X add-on subwoofer and hear the earth quake.
