The SiT9501 is a differential oscillator with an integrated MEMS resonator designed for low-jitter applications at standard frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It features 45 fs RMS typical phase jitter, supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing output signaling, and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 105°C. The device offers factory programmable options for frequency, stability (±20, ±25, ±30, or ±50 ppm), supply voltage (1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, or wide range), and output enable functionality. It is available in 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm packages and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. FlexSwing technology allows independent control of voltage swing and DC offset to simplify interface design.
