The SiT9366 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter applications in telecom, networking, and industrial systems. It supports LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter. Frequency stability is available as low as ±10 ppm, and operating temperature ranges extend from -40°C to 105°C. The device is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², and integrates on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO. It is programmable for frequency, stability, voltage, and output type.
