The SiT9346 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS oscillator designed for low-jitter, high-reliability applications in aerospace, industrial, and defense systems. It offers LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and low-swing LVPECL output signaling with 0.1 ps RMS phase jitter and frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm. The device operates across temperature ranges up to -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise. It is available in industry-standard packages measuring 7.0 x 5.0 mm², 5.0 x 3.2 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm² with center pad options.
