The SiT9121 is a high-performance differential oscillator supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 220 MHz with LVPECL or LVDS output signaling, offering frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm and 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm, operates across industrial (-40 to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and complies with MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 at 260 °C. Supply voltage ranges from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with output disable and standby current specified for both signaling types.
