The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS output signaling with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz. It is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device supports supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V, with frequency stability of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm over industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges of -40 °C to +85 °C and -20 °C to +70 °C, respectively. RMS phase jitter is specified as 0.6 ps to 0.85 ps over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz integration bandwidth. Input logic levels are referenced to Vdd, with start-up and resume times of 6 ms to 10 ms.
