The SiT9120 is a standard frequency differential oscillator offering LVPECL and LVDS outputs with frequencies from 25 MHz to 212.5 MHz, 0.6 ps RMS phase jitter over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, and frequency stability of ±10 ppm to ±50 ppm. It operates across industrial (-40 °C to +85 °C) and extended commercial (-20 °C to +70 °C) temperature ranges, and is available in industry-standard packages of 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The device satisfies MIL-STD-883F for mechanical shock and vibration, JESD22 for temperature cycling, and MSL1 moisture sensitivity at 260 °C.
