It offers frequency stability options of ±10 ppm, ±20 ppm, ±25 ppm, or ±50 ppm, with a phase jitter of 0.6 ps RMS over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. Operating temperature ranges include industrial (-40°C to +85°C) and extended commercial (-20°C to +70°C), with supply voltages of 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 @ 260°C environmental standards.
