The SiT9045 is an AEC-Q100 qualified, 1 to 150 MHz EMI reduction oscillator with LVCMOS output, designed for automotive and high-reliability applications. It is available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6 mm², 2.5 x 2.0 mm², or 3.2 x 2.5 mm². The device operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C with frequency stability as tight as ±25 ppm, and features programmable spread spectrum modulation with center spread up to ±2% or down spread to -4%, in step sizes of ±0.125% or -0.25%. It supports triangular, Hershey-kiss, or random spread profiles and offers eight adjustable rise/fall times from 0.25 to 40 ns for EMI control. Power consumption is 6.6 mA typical at 1.8 V, with pin1 functionality selectable for output enable, standby, or spread disable. The oscillator is RoHS, REACH, Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free compliant, and is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based XOs.
