The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with integrated EMI reduction features, including spread spectrum modulation and programmable rise/fall times. It offers frequency stability as low as ±20 ppm and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The device supplies 4.0 mA typical current at 1.8 V and features a 5 ms startup time. Available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm², it is pin-compatible with quartz XO replacements. Spread spectrum options include center and down spread modes with step sizes from ±0.125% to ±2% and -0.25% to -4%, respectively, and triangular or Hershey-kiss modulation profiles.
