The SiT1552 is a 32.768 kHz MEMS TCXO in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm CSP package, offering frequency stability options of ±5, ±10, or ±20 ppm over temperature. It operates from 1.5 V to 3.63 V with ultra-low power consumption of less than 1.52 μA across the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device includes internal filtering that eliminates the need for an external Vdd bypass capacitor. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a PFAS-free option available. The output is LVCMOS with a 48% to 52% duty cycle, 100 ns to 200 ns rise/fall time, and supports output voltages compatible with Vdd ranges. Start-up time is 180 ms to 380 ms depending on temperature. The part meets Mil-883 shock and vibration standards and has ESD protection per JESD22-A114, C101, and A115.
