The SiT9005 is a 1 to 141 MHz LVCMOS oscillator with spread spectrum EMI reduction, offering programmable rise/fall times, ±20 ppm frequency stability over operating temperature, and low power consumption of 4.0 mA typical at 1.8 V. It operates from -40°C to 85°C and supports spread modulation of ±0.125% to ±2% center or -0.25% to -4% down spread with triangular or Hershey-kiss profiles. The device is available in industry-standard QFN packages of 2.0 x 1.6, 2.5 x 2.0, and 3.2 x 2.5 mm² and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Startup time is 5 ms, and it provides 100% pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz-based XOs.
