The SiT1569 is a µPower, ultra-small oscillator factory-programmable from 1 Hz to 462.5 kHz with ±50 ppm all-inclusive frequency stability over temperature, supply voltage, and aging. It operates from 1.62 V to 3.63 V and draws 1.7 µA at 1 Hz and 10 µA at 462.5 kHz. The device features an LVCMOS output with 10 ns to 70 ns rise/fall times and a 45% to 55% duty cycle. It is housed in a 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm CSP package with 0.6 mm maximum height and requires no external bypass capacitors. The commercial temperature range is -20°C to 70°C and the industrial range is -40°C to 85°C. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, with a PFAS-free option available.
