The SiT8944B is a ruggedized LVCMOS oscillator offering frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and an extended operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, consuming 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and 4.0 mA typical at 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device includes standby mode with current as low as 0.6 µA at 1.8 V and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. It is available in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm. The oscillator exhibits acceleration sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g and meets MIL-STD-883 mechanical shock and vibration requirements. RoHS and REACH compliant, it features LVCMOS/LVTTL output compatibility.
