The SiT8924B series is an automotive-grade AEC-Q100 compliant oscillator designed for extreme temperature environments, with operating temperatures from -55°C to 125°C and frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz accurate to six decimal places. It supports supply voltages of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V, features a low power consumption of 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V, and includes standby mode for reduced power use. The device offers industry-best G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/G and frequency stability as tight as ±20 ppm.
