The SiT8924B is an automotive-grade MEMS oscillator designed for high-reliability applications, supporting frequencies from 1 MHz to 110 MHz with stability as low as ±20 ppm and G-sensitivity of 0.1 ppb/g. It operates over an extended temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, compliant with AEC-Q100 Grade 1, and requires a supply voltage of 1.8 V or 2.25 V to 3.63 V. The device consumes 3.8 mA typical at 1.8 V and includes a standby mode to reduce power. It provides LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible output and is housed in industry-standard packages including 2.0 x 1.6 mm, 2.5 x 2.0 mm, 3.2 x 2.5 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, and 7.0 x 5.0 mm.
