SiT8208 is an ultra performance oscillator providing any frequency between 1 and 80 MHz with frequency stability as low as ±10 ppm, ultra low phase jitter of 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz), and LVCMOS/LVTTL compatible output. It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, and operates over industrial (-40 to +85 °C) or extended commercial (-20 to +70 °C) temperature ranges. The device is a pin-to-pin replacement for quartz-based oscillators, with 2 FIT or 500 million hour MTBF reliability, Pb-free, RoHS, and REACH compliant construction, and supports supply voltages of 1.71-1.89 V, 2.25-2.75 V, 2.52-3.08 V, or 2.97-3.63 V. It meets MIL-STD-883F, JESD22, and MSL1 standards.
