The SiT8208 is a high-performance LVCMOS oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with stability as low as ±10 ppm and phase jitter of 0.5 ps integrated from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. It supports industrial and extended commercial temperature ranges of -40 to +85 °C and -20 to +70 °C, respectively. Available in four standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 x 2.0, 3.2 x 2.5, 5.0 x 3.2, or 7.0 x 5.0 mm, it is a pin-to-pin drop-in replacement for quartz oscillators. The device operates on supply voltages of 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, or 3.3 V, with current consumption up to 33 mA at 20 MHz. It is Pb-free, RoHS and REACH compliant, and meets MIL-STD-883F and JESD22 standards for mechanical and environmental reliability.
