The SiT8208 is a LVCMOS/LVTTL-compatible ultra-performance oscillator offering frequencies from 1 to 80 MHz with stability as low as ±10 PPM and phase jitter as low as 0.5 ps (12 kHz to 20 MHz). It is available in standard 4-pin packages measuring 2.5 × 2.0, 3.2 × 2.5, 5.0 × 3.2, or 7.0 × 5.0 mm and supports operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C (industrial) or -20 °C to +70 °C (extended commercial). The device is pin-to-pin compatible with quartz oscillators, consumes 29 to 33 mA depending on supply voltage, and meets RoHS and REACH standards with a 500 million hour MTBF. Phase noise and jitter are specified for LVCMOS output with a 15 pF load.
