The SiT5358 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz ultra-precision Super-TCXO with ±50 ppb frequency stability over the temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, housed in a 5.0 mm x 3.2 mm ceramic package. It features on-chip regulators to eliminate the need for an external LDO, supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave output, and operates at supply voltages of 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V. The device is designed for high-reliability applications including telecom, GNSS, and synchronous Ethernet, with dynamic stability against vibration, shock, and electromagnetic interference. It is RoHS and REACH compliant, and Pb-free, Halogen-free, and Antimony-free.
