The SiT5348 is a precision MEMS Super-TCXO designed for aerospace and defense applications, offering ±50 ppb frequency stability over the temperature range of -40°C to 105°C with a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm ceramic package. It features an acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g or 0.1 ppb/g, on-chip power regulators eliminating the need for external LDOs, and supports LVCMOS or clipped sinewave outputs at 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 3.0 V, or 3.3 V supply voltages. The VCTCXO configuration enables voltage-controlled frequency tuning with a pull range up to ±3200 ppm. The device is RoHS and REACH compliant, with no activity dips or micro jumps, and is resistant to shock, vibration, and board bending.
