The SiT5146 is a 1 MHz to 60 MHz MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm frequency stability across temperature, designed for high-reliability applications in telecom, GPS, and industrial systems. It operates from -40°C to +105°C, features a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm package, and includes on-chip regulators to eliminate external LDOs. This variant is a TCXO with LVCMOS output, 3.3 V supply voltage, and ultra-low acceleration sensitivity of 0.009 ppb/g. It is RoHS and REACH compliant with Pb-free, halogen-free, and antimony-free construction.
