The device delivers 0.225 ps RMS phase jitter (typical) over a 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth and supports frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm. It operates across temperature ranges from -40°C to 105°C and integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise.
