The SiT3373 is a 220 MHz to 725 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter, designed for telecom, networking, and industrial applications. It supports LVDS signaling, a 3.3 V supply, and a pull range of ±400 ppm. The device offers frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm, with a typical RMS phase jitter of 0.225 ps over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and is available in a 5.0 x 3.2 mm package with a center pad. On-chip regulators eliminate the need for an external LDO, and the device resists airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration using DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technology.
