The SiT3372 is a 1 MHz to 220 MHz differential MEMS VCXO with ultra-low jitter of 0.225 ps RMS (typ) over 12 kHz to 20 MHz bandwidth, featuring frequency stability as low as ±15 ppm and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C. It is available in industry-standard packages of 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 5.0 x 3.2 mm, or 3.2 x 2.5 mm and supports LVDS output signaling, a 3.3 V supply, and a pull range of ±90 ppm. The device integrates on-chip regulators to suppress power supply noise and employs DualMEMS® and TurboCompensation® technologies for resilience to airflow, thermal gradients, shock, and vibration.
